John Wright Death -Cause of Death- Passed Away: A “merciless” pair’s joint assault on a medication junkie prompted his demise, a court has heard.

John Wright, 41, kicked the bucket in the wake of being beaten with a cudgel and betrayed in Stockton on 29 December 2019.

Teesside Crown Court heard it was Jordan Vaughan, 21, who cut the casualty leaving him with a 13cm injury, yet his co-denounced Kienan Johnson was likewise liable for his homicide.

Both Mr Vaughan, 21, and Mr Johnson, 22, deny murder.

The court has heard Mr Wright endured different wounds yet a solitary cut injury killed him.
